I’m getting into the habit of making fresh warm/hot lemon water with organic unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar every morning. The recipe is simple. The benefits are amazing!
- *Boil a cup of water
- Juice of 2 fresh lemons
- 1-2tbs of ACV
- Optional: Cayenne, Turmeric, Cinnamon
*The water should be about lukewarm, comparable to drinking a cup of tea after it’s steeped for a few minutes. The purpose? You want to keep those beneficial enzymes from the fresh squeezed lemon juice!
